We are excited to announce T-N-T IS BACK!

What is T-N-T ?
I started Tuesday/Thursday Night Throwdown way back in 2010. It was typically a brutal, heavy skilled, intense and mentally draining workout. Basically just a beat down where I could really test myself. Others joined and it stuck.

When and What time?
The T-N-T workouts will be different then the posted WOD for the gym on Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30 PM.

Who can do it?
All are welcome, however, there’s no “trainer” teaching class- instead we are all there to support and help each other. The WODs will be heavily skilled at times and it’s ok if you scale.

The point of this is to test yourself safely. Come with the mind set to put in work with perfect form and don’t quit! THERE WILL BE AN ATHLETE CAP! YOU MUST SIGN UP ON THE WHITE BOARD IN PERSON EACH WEEK, ASAP. I will post the WOD Mon for that Thurs. TNT and sign up will be available as of Mon morning at the 5:30 AM class.
