This is a 3 day course preparing students/athletes for integration into our group CrossFit classes.

You will learn and become more familiar with movements most common in CrossFit to better prepare you for success

Press

Push press

Push Jerk

Deadlift

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Med ball cleans

Signs ups start now

75.00 for 3 sessions (up to 4 athletes per session)
