Step 1: FREE Introductory Workout
- Sign up here to schedule a Free CrossFit Intro class.
- Participate in the FREE CrossFit Intro workout, meet the coaching staff, and get a tour of the gym. During this session we will explain to you the CrossFit program, teach you a few movements, answer any questions you may have, and let you try a CrossFit workout scaled to your current fitness level.
