Shoulder pass through

50 band pull apart

25 band pass through

2 sets

Easy 400m run

WOD

50 Burpees for time

Then

Death by Pull ups

With a continuously running clock preform 1 pull up on min 1 2 Pull ups on min 2 and so on

Continue as long as possible.

STRENGTH 5:30pm
