I Hope everyone’s been liking the WODs lately. I’ve been trying to get you guys on the bar a little more, A little bit of skill and technique with some strength. Use your time wisely. Try for a heavy touch and go power clean. Then some heavy’ish Front Squat. Move quickly and efficiently.
