Good morning CFBF Athletes!
I’ve started the 5:30am class again.
This week was a test.
Schedule will be.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5:30am-6:30am
The WOD will be different from the daily WOD.
This gives you the opportunity to get in 2 wods a day if you’d like.
The workouts will be little to no weight. Lots of mobility work and fun! 🙂 as fun as I can be at dark thirty.
Also. I’m programming VikingFit Strongman WODs go over to VikingFit and check them out.
You can do these after your CF WOD
