I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was using my PCOS and anxiety as an excuse to be bigger and got into some very bad habits. I started CrossFit in May 2015 and found the strength and confidence to confront myself. I found myself becoming more comfortable in my skin and loved seeing my body change. In 2017 got serious about my eating and workouts and have lost almost 50lbs. I’m in the best physical and mental health of my life and could not have done it without the love and support of my CFBF family.
