After going over form and technique trainers will test you with a 2min max effort

TNT 5:30pm only (you must be signed up for this class)

30min AMRAP

10 deficit push ups 45# plates
20 deadlifts (185lbs)
30 box jump overs 20″
40 c2b pull ups
50 med ball cleans (20#)
200m run (set up cones 50m apart run forward then backward each athlete runs 200m each one at a time)
Rest 2min and repeat
