WARM UP

Part 1
3 Rounds:
7 Power Cleans 205/135 (No Touch & Go)
2 min Max Pull ups
Rest 2 min between rounds

Rest 3 extra minutes between parts
for a total of 5 min

Part 2
3 Rounds:
DB Snatch – 5 each arm (50/35)
200m Run
Rest 2 min between rounds

*Set up part 2 outside

Barbell Class 5:30-7pm

15 Rounds for time

1x Back Squat @ AHAP

Endurance

Row 1000m x 3 Rest as needed
